Born in Los Cúes, Huimilpan, at 1,955 meters above sea level. A single grape — Macabeo — with no blends, no shortcuts.

Fresh enough to start a meal, with enough body to linger long after. Serve at 10–12°C and pair with poultry or creamy rice dishes, buttered seafood, or simply with a leisurely afternoon.
